California, Allies Reject EPA Rationale For Revoking Vehicle GHG Power

California, 22 other states and 11 environmental groups are expanding on claims that EPA lacked statutory authority to revoke permission for states to pursue their own vehicle greenhouse gas programs, saying the action was unlawful and that it ignored “reliance interests” and the programs’ benefits in cutting air pollution.
