EPA Plan Imposes Tougher Ozone Controls On Pennsylvania Power Plants

Responding to a remand from a federal appeals court, EPA has imposed tougher controls on ozone-forming air pollution from Pennsylvania power plants, in an action that could set a precedent in other states on how the agency sets emissions limits in areas violating ozone standards.
