EPA Delays Plans To Expand PFAS CERCLA Hazardous Substances List

EPA is delaying for an unknown period of time its plan to regulate an additional seven PFAS under the Superfund law following concerns from a variety of stakeholders and as the agency’s designation of the two most studied PFAS as Superfund “hazardous substances” is facing a legal challenge from industry groups.
