OIG finds poor state data management hinders SRF oversight

EPA’s Office of the Inspector General (OIG) is warning that states are not uniformly collecting and storing their clean and drinking water state revolving loan fund (CWSRF/DWSRF) subrecipient and contractor data in structured machine-readable formats, hindering the ability to conduct adequate oversight.
