EPA Moves To Disband Longstanding Clean Air Act Advisory Committee

EPA is moving to disband its Clean Air Act Advisory Committee (CAAAC) that has provided advice on implementing the statute for over three decades, citing the move as a result of a broader review of the agency’s advisory panels as well as “efficiency and cost saving” considerations.
