SMITH, LAUTENBERG DRAFT VIABLE BIPARTISAN BROWNFIELDS BILL

Environment & Public Works (EPW) Committee leaders have apparently drafted new bipartisan brownfields legislation that provides Superfund liability relief to neighbors of a brownfields site and perspective purchasers of the land to encourage the redevelopment of abandoned sites.
