CAPCOA PLANS CONFERENCE ON EMISSION REDUCTION CREDIT AVAILABILITY

The California Air Pollution Control Officers Association (CAPCOA) plans this spring to host a conference to discuss the status and future of emission reduction credit (ERC) programs and availability in the state.
