EPA Readies Guide On Non-Targeted Analysis To Detect Unknown PFAS

RALEIGH -- EPA is expected to publish later this year a guide on Non-Targeted Analysis (NTA) methods to detect unknown PFAS analytes, as agency officials continue to emphasize the need for scientists and regulators to look beyond known PFAS compounds to better understand and prioritize the thousands of chemicals in the class.
