As the Department of Defense (DOD) prepares to update its PFAS disposal guidance, Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-OH) is urging DOD to “immediately halt” its reconsideration of incineration as a disposal method, noting that recent reports indicate that it is moving toward resuming the practice.
