State Waste Officials Concerned About EPA Rules’ Effects On PFAS Disposal

BOSTON -- State waste officials are expressing overall support for EPA’s recent proposed Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) PFAS rules, although one key official raised major concerns over disposal capacity, treatment and destruction technologies for facilities to use and whether they will be able to handle a larger capacity of waste.
