OMB Renews Information Collection For Human Pesticides Research

The White House Office of Management & Budget (OMB) has renewed an EPA request to collect information about how third parties conduct pesticide tests using human subjects, a move that will allow the agency to continue to collect the data even as it moves to settle litigation over its rule governing human testing.
