Community members of the former McClellan Air Force Base restoration advisory board (RAB) and a California-based environmental organization are suing the Air Force, claiming the military's decision to adjourn the panel was arbitrary and capricious and in violation of the Superfund law, the base's federal facility agreement and Defense Department (DOD) guidance.
