NEW WASTE TREATMENT PROGRAM MAY LEAD TO STRICTER RCRA STANDARDS

EPA is proposing to launch a new alternative treatment technology program that could lead the Office of Solid Waste to revisit a host of land disposal standards for hazardous wastes under the Resource Conservation & Recovery Act (RCRA).
