REAL ESTATE LAW EXPERTS STUDYING UNIFORM LAND USE CONTROL STATUTE

With funding from the Defense Department (DOD), a national group of real estate lawyers is studying the desirability of drafting uniform legislation for states to adopt to address environmental restrictive covenants, commonly referred to as institutional controls or land use controls (LUCs).
