SAB SAYS EPA'S KATRINA RESPONSE SHOWS FAILURE TO ADDRESS 9/11 CONCERN

Members of EPA's Science Advisory Board (SAB) say the agency's response to Hurricane Katrina shows officials have failed to implement key 9/11 recommendations for rapidly assessing risks to human health and the environment in the event of an emergency.
