SENATORS EYE NANOTECH LIABILITY APPROACH IN ADVANCE OF REGULATION

Key members of the Senate commerce committee are considering a new approach for limiting industry's liability for accidents involving releases of nanomaterials in advance of broad regulation of nanotechnology by EPA and other federal agencies, Capitol Hill and other sources say.
