EPA Closes Out Last Pending TSCA Section 21 Petition Seeking Rule Changes

EPA has quietly closed out the last of a batch of TSCA section 21 “citizen’s petitions” that the agency received last spring, where various industry trade groups were seeking changes to a handful of Biden-era TSCA rules but then withdrew them without explanation.
