Environmental groups and industry attorneys alike are urging EPA to continue seeking full peer review of all draft TSCA chemical evaluations after the agency proposed to limit “repeated” review of scientific approaches it uses for multiple chemicals, arguing that the scaled-back approach is not rigorous enough to provide “credible” oversight.
