SCHF, A Key Figure In TSCA Litigation, Merges With Toxic-Free Future

The environmental group Safer Chemicals, Healthy Families (SCHF), which has been one of the most prominent parties in litigation over the terms of the amended Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), is merging its operations into the Seattle-based coalition Toxic-Free Future (TFF) after several years as an independent member.
