EPA Floats Updated CDR Information Request With New Chemical Codes

EPA is readying a formal information collection request (ICR) that will set terms for the next round of TSCA chemical data reporting (CDR) filings that will be due in 2024, including the second phase of a switch to Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) chemical codes that began in the 2020 cycle.
