FARM GROUPS RESIST LINKS BETWEEN STORMWATER, NONPOINT SOURCES

Agriculture industry representatives are warning EPA officials about the Clean Water Act (CWA) limits on the authority of water quality regulators to assure adequate nonpoint source controls before increasing municipal regulatory requirements for stormwater discharges.
