REG REINVENTION REMAINS HIGH PRIORITY IN 1997 WATER PROGRAM

Office of Water (OW) sources say regulatory reinvention efforts will remain a top priority in 1997, despite growing agreement among some agency staff that resources could be better spent in other water program areas.
