EPA has begun to enforce defense law measures requiring Toxic Release Inventory (TRI) reporting of 160 per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), while environmentalists and lawmakers are launching various efforts to enforce other provisions governing the chemicals in the recently enacted law.
