Coons Predicts Bipartisan Senate Delegation To Glasgow Climate Talks

Sen. Chris Coons (D-DE) is predicting that a bipartisan group of senators will attend this November’s international climate talks in Glasgow, Scotland, arguing the delegation would represent a sea change from Obama-era divisions on the topic among Hill lawmakers and a necessary step to show U.S. seriousness on climate change.
