D.C. Circuit To Hear FERC Suit Over Pipeline Cumulative Climate Impacts

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit is poised to consider a challenge to federal energy regulators’ approval of a pipeline that environmentalists say violates a National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) requirement to consider the cumulative climate effects of this project and another nearby pipeline.
