DOE Floats New Data That Could Inform Manufactured Home Efficiency Rules

The Energy Department (DOE) is asking for public input on additional data that could inform long-pending energy conservation standards for manufactured homes, following complaints that prior proposals would bar access to energy-efficient homes for low-income families.
