As FERC Prepares GHG Policy, Budget Sees No Growth In Gas Projects

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s (FERC) fiscal year 2023 budget projects no growth in the number of natural gas projects seeking approval, even as it continues to defend its draft policies to bolster climate review and mitigation requirements for such projects.
