Officials Finalize Rules To Spur Public Land Renewables, Grid Upgrades

Biden administration officials in the Interior Department (DOI) and Energy Department (DOE) are completing policies aimed at spurring additional renewable electricity and related power grid upgrades, including installations on federal lands.
