Rhodium Says Democrats’ Climate Deal Puts U.S. Near Biden GHG Goal

Preliminary analysis by the Rhodium Group, an energy consulting firm, suggests that Senate Democrats’ nearly $370 billion deal on climate-related spending would be a “historic step forward” for achieving the Biden administration’s target under the Paris Agreement of halving domestic greenhouse gas emissions by 2030.
