SEC Weighs Phased Approach For Climate Risk Disclosure Requirements

The Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) may phase in its planned climate disclosure requirements to avoid over-burdening smaller companies, according to recent Capitol Hill testimony from Chairman Gary Gensler, providing additional details on how the panel might structure its highly anticipated rule.
