Senate Rejects Bill Seeking to Block EPA’s Multi-Pollutant Auto Rule

The Senate has voted down legislation that would bar EPA from implementing its recently finalized model year (MY) 2027-2032 multi-pollutant standards for light-and medium-duty vehicles, just as a coalition of Republican led states is suing over the measure in federal appellate court.
