The Biden administration is taking new actions to tackle freight-sector greenhouse gas emissions, including rolling out roughly $1.5 billion for zero-emission trucks, as well as a plan to develop a national zero-emission freight strategy that nods to environmental justice groups disappointed with EPA’s recently finalized “phase 3” truck GHG standards.
