Biofuels groups file brief backing E15 high court appeal

A coalition of biofuels and farm groups is backing other ethanol advocates’ request for the Supreme Court to review the appeals court ruling that effectively barred summertime sales of E15 fuel from next year, saying the lower court’s ruling will “wreak havoc” on fuel retailers that sell E15.
