Midwest House members seek to block retroactive RFS cuts

Midwestern House lawmakers from both parties have introduced legislation to stop EPA from making any retroactive cuts to biofuels blending obligations under the renewable fuel standard (RFS), as the agency nears issuance of proposed volumes for 2021 and 2022 and a possible reduction in 2020 volumes.
