RFF announces new policy engagement chief

The economic think tank Resources for the Future (RFF) is announcing that Harvard University’s Carlos Martin will be the group’s next vice president for research and policy engagement, taking over for Billy Pizer in the wake of his promotion to be the group’s president. Martin, director of Harvard’s Remodeling Futures Program within the university’s Joint Center for Housing Studies, is a “preeminent expert on climate impacts, mitigation, equity, and adaptation in the housing sector,” notes a Sept. 15 RFF announcement...
