The Trump administration is officially launching its long-awaited efforts to significantly reorganize EPA’s structure, notifying staff that it is moving forward on the restructuring that would dismantle the agency’s Office of Research and Development (ORD) and open the door to a planned reduction in force (RIF) for its personnel.
