BPC Urges ‘Significant’ Permitting Reforms To Attain Biden’s Climate Goals

Amid recently launched debate about President Joe Biden’s $2.2 trillion infrastructure plan, the Bipartisan Policy Center (BPC) is arguing the administration’s climate goals will be impossible without “significant” and “difficult” permitting reforms to enable the rapid construction of clean energy and other key infrastructure.
