Capitol Hill Republicans are expecting attacks on the Inflation Reduction Act’s (IRA) clean energy provisions in the event of a second Trump administration, but that at least some of the law would survive given support for several IRA incentives from industry as well as increasing investments the law is spurring in GOP states.
