Oil And Biofuels Groups Broaden Legal Challenge To EPA Auto Standards

The oil sector, fueling stations, biofuels groups and some auto dealers are filing new lawsuits over EPA’s multi-pollutant standards for passenger vehicles, joining litigation from Republican-led states claiming the policy is illegally requiring greater production of electric vehicles (EVs).
