Infrastructure Bill Aims To Curb GHGs Via Grid, Nuclear, EV Measures

The bipartisan infrastructure bill being debated on the Senate floor includes multiple provisions to directly or indirectly cut carbon emissions in several sectors, including efforts to eliminate barriers to power transmission lines, preserve existing nuclear plants and coordinate federal- and private-sector plans on vehicle electrification.
