Joining Litigation, EV Group Cites Harm From Fuel Economy Rule Pause

A group representing companies related to the electric vehicle (EV) sector is joining litigation over the Trump administration’s “interpretive rule” that represents a first step toward rolling back Biden-era fuel economy standards, claiming officials’ decision to pause implementation of the rules is harming manufacturers that meet the limits.
