CEQ Floats Draft Withdrawal Of Biden GHG Guidance For NEPA Reviews

The White House Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) is preparing to rescind the Biden administration’s guidance for how to consider greenhouse gas emissions in National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) reviews, sending a draft withdrawal notice to the White House Office of Information & Regulatory Affairs (OIRA).
